Woof Hoof Mew offers drop-in visits, "Bed & Biscuits" visits, walks, adventure hikes and farm care visits. Please refer to our Services page for more details.

At this time we do not offer boarding for dogs or cats.

This is simple! Because our pet care professionals are awesome! Woof Hoof Mew is a team of local pet sitters that have a vast amount of experience servicing all types of pets. You can rest assured that you are dealing with a truly professional, compassionate & communicative company. Our sitters will treat your pets and home with the utmost care and concern. Additionally, Woof Hoof Mew is bonded and insured and all of the sitters in our Pack are certified in Pet CPR and First Aid as well as background checked.

All animals including, but not limited to: dogs, cats, horses, goats, tiny dinosaurs aka chickens & ducks, reptiles, cows, fish, turtles, lobsters, hamsters, birds, alpacas, etc.

At WHM, we work in a team model. WHM fills requests on a first-come-first-serve basis so it depends on the sitter availability at the time of your request. We do this so that you don't have to search for sitters outside of our business. We will always have someone who is properly trained to take care of your little ones. This also serves as a fail safe in the event of needing an emergency backup in case of illness, weather disturbances, unforeseen comets or zombie apocalypse events, etc.

In the case of an emergency with your pet, we will immediately contact your vet and transport them to the proper facility, if necessary. We will also reach out to you with the contact information you provided. If there is ever an emergency with your home, we will call you and emergency contacts you provide, authorities if needed, and/or a preferred repair service. Should there be an alien invasion, we will hide under the covers with your pets so that they feel safe and secure.

Absolutely! Supplements and veterinarian prescribed medications can be administered including powders, creams, pills, drops, IV fluids and injections. Please let us know in advance so that we can confirm the sitter's comfort with the administration techniques. Additional fees are assessed depending on the types of medication administration needed.

We use the best in the business! Time to Pet is an all encompassing Client Portal for pet care providers. We will send you an invitation to set up your account after our initial discussion about your needs as a client. Once you activate your account, please download the client app to your smartphone (Time to Pet) is available for both android and apple phones. You will love this feature of our stellar service!

Yes! Woof Hoof Mew only shares your information on a need to know basis within our Network. The owner of the company, administration personnel and only the sitters that you personally approve of will have the ability to see your portal. As for the software company, Time to Pet's 128-bit encryption is the same level of encryption banks use. Their physical servers are located in a secure facility with 365x24x7 manned security. They are in what is considered a "Disaster Neutral Zone" of the United States (meaning there is a minimal probability of a natural disaster).

Reservations should be submitted via our Time To Pet client portal as soon as possible. We tend to fill up quickly especially during the holidays.

Yes! There is a 1 visit per day minimum for kitty/small animal care & farm care and 2 visits per day minimum for dog care when you are on a trip.

If you are in need of a last-minute reservation, we will work hard to accommodate your needs, but can only do so based on availability. If you are unable to book a last minute reservation through the Client Portal because of the time constraint, please call or text us at 720-744-3669 for your request.

One of the wonderful benefits of choosing Woof Hoof Mew is that we work as a team, giving you more availability and giving your pets more opportunities for socialization and care. At your New Client Consultation, one of our Pack Leaders will meet with you and get to know your pets’ personalities so we can thoughtfully match them with the best sitters for their needs. If it’s important for you to personally meet your pet sitter, we offer 30-minute sitter introductions for $38. While we assign a couple of primary sitters to care for your pets, you may occasionally see other trusted team members step in to ensure continuity of care, especially for longer vacations or during busy times. Because scheduling multiple sitter introductions can add up, if having the exact same sitter every single time is a must, you may want to consider hiring a solo sitter. If you go this route, we recommend making sure they have reliable backup support available in case of an emergency.

We require a credit card or debit card to be on file. Payments are made using our Time to Pet client portal and we will automatically charge your card at the end of your invoiced services. An invoice will be sent to the email you provide showing the breakdown of charges. We also accept cash or checks. Just be sure to let us know ahead of time so that we don't charge your card.

Absolutely! They will love you for it! Our sitters work hard to provide white glove service and drive far for their beloved clients. Your tips are always appreciated. We set up each new client account with a 20% auto tip feature during onboarding. You are welcome to change the percentage or ask us to remove it. Cash is also welcome. Your sitters receive 100% of the tips you leave them.

Any walking/yard time appointments that are cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged for the full reservation price. Any Drop-in Vacation Visits or "Bed & Biscuits" reservations cancelled within 3 days of the scheduled reservation time will be charged for the full reservation price. If it is a holiday reservation, any cancellation within 7 days will be charged the full reservation price. We understand that circumstances may change, but please be mindful of this policy as it allows us to accommodate other clients effectively and assure work is available for our pet sitters. In addition, please always communicate with us about circumstances beyond your control. We understand that illness and loss of loved ones require a tender touch.
